How do I know which size soccer cleats to order?
We recommend referring to our specific brand size charts. Most performance cleats are designed for a snug fit; if you prefer more room or wear thick grip socks, consider ordering a half-size larger than your standard sneakers.
Can I return a jersey if I added custom name and number printing?
Unfortunately, customized items including jerseys with player names, personal names, or league patches cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options at checkout for players who need their gear before match day.
Are the soccer balls shipped inflated or deflated?
To ensure safety during transit and reduce shipping costs, all soccer balls are shipped deflated. We recommend using a standard pump and needle to inflate them to the PSI suggested on the valve.
What is your return policy for worn equipment?
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on cleats that have been worn on-pitch or show signs of grass stains and wear.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?
